Bootstrap PDM operates the expenseTrack mobile application for Android. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App.

 

1. Data Collection and Usage

expenseTrack is built strictly as an offline-first utility tool for office purchase and expense ledger tracking.

• No Personal Information: We do not request, require, collect, or transmit any personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, or phone number).

• Local Storage Only: All records entered into the app (Vendor Name, Invoice Value, SGST, CGST, and IGST details) are written entirely to a local text file partition on your physical device.

• No Remote Cloud Access: This data never leaves your device, is never uploaded to any cloud database, and is completely inaccessible to Bootstrap PDM or any third-party entities.

 

2. Third-Party Services

The app does not integrate with any third-party analytics software, tracking pixels, advertisement networks, or external cloud application programming interfaces (APIs).

 

3. Security of Data

Because your transaction records are stored natively within your device’s sandbox profile, the security of your data depends completely on your device's operating system security. If you uninstall the application, all locally saved purchase log text files will be permanently erased by the Android system.

 

4. Children's Privacy

Our app is directed to workplace office users and does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

 

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy document context directly on this web page.
